Love Is Love Is Love
The wedding day came and not a cloud was in the sky. The grooms got ready at the Bahia Mar Hotel in Fort Lauderdale and then we had their amazing first look across the street at the Fort Lauderdale Beach Park. Their ocean side first look was a dream. But the first tears of the day came when James surprised Richard with a shadow box of butterflies and a love note in memory of Richard's mom. The whole wedding was a family celebration. All were welcome and everyone was so supportive and ready for them to tie the knot! The ceremony and reception took place at Richardson Historic Park, where James used to work and one of the first places they met.
Every detail that James planned out was flawless. He DIYed all the decorations and worked for months gathering and putting it all together. The cocktail hour had personalized yard games, a rustic hanging frame for photos, and even a donut wall. The reception's crowing jewels are the sweet heart table wall and the floral chandelier. The dance floor was never empty, family and friends grooved the night away and smiles were never ending. Their selflessness was only further on display when two of their friends got engaged that night and they took time out of their own wedding to announce it and honor that special couple and memory. I treasured every moment of R+J's wedding day and couldn't be more grateful to help celebrate their beautiful unicorn family.
Sending so much love and hoooorayy friends!!!
