With my background in sports journalism and Drew as a psychologist, we love people, stories, & passion. And with weddings, we can combine a little adventure with a whole lotta love to create an epic narrative! A lot of our business practices are based in our experience getting married & thinking back to how I wish we were treated by our photographer before, during, and after our wedding.

What happens after you send us a message?
We read through your notes, we check our calendars, we check with our team, we get so excited, & we email you back supa fast within 48 business hours! Each email is personally written by us and individually customized for you!
What's in that email?
We send your our full pricing guide (click HERE to see starting pricing), along with tons of helpful info like Q&A, example timeline, & next steps. Since we're total people people we want to talk with you as soon as possible! We're all about education & transparency so we try and give you all the information you need!
What do we talk about on Zoom?
On Zoom I love getting to know you two! I ask about how you met, what you like to do together, I talk about Drew and I, & we just chat! I ask about your wedding & we brainstorm how we can help! You can ask me any question about photography, life, business, anything! And I'll ask about how you envision your elopement/wedding experience!
Did we just become best friends?!
YUP! Drew and I love adventures, wine nights, game nights, movie nights, star gazing, anything near the water, exploring new restaurants, walking to Downtown Durham for a drink. We love meeting new people, going to new places, experiencing new things. We are both ENFJs, both 2w1. He's Hufflepuff & I'm a Gryffindor. I love gardening, plants, and dancing, and he loves all things sports, working out, and also dancing :D We are peace-makers, advocates, & volunteers. What's required for booking?
Let's pop some bubbly!!! Drew and I and our team do a happy dance every time!! Seriously! I'll send you a Client Portal where you can see contract, invoice, forms, email all in the on place! It's super easy! You can pay your retainer right there and sign the contract digitally!
Sooooo, what's next?
We are in constant communication! Let's plan your engagement photos, we'll keep an eye on airline prices, we'll let you know when we book our AirBnb, send our list of favorite locations for your elopement, boudoir photos, any destination research, we'll send you outfit inspirations, we'll email just to say hi! We also are always posting helpful info and tips on Instagram and our blog that we hope will be able to help you!
It's getting closer!
As your celebration approaches, we come up with a timeline based around ceremony time, sunset time, and location. This way, you have the best lighting for your pictures no matter where in the world we are! We'll send you a form where you can fill out must have photos, family combinations, and anything else we should know about!
Fiesta time!
On your wedding day we'll text you a "HOORAY" note and head to your party! We show up early, location scout, see what the sun is doing, say hi to all the other vendors, and come give y'all big hugs! Wedding days are easy and stress free because we put in the organizational work beforehand! We're by your side most the day and we are there to talk with you, hype you up, sit in silence, be your body guard, your hiking buddy, dance partner, raise a glass with you, and capture every detail, candid laugh, perfect pose, and in between moment!

Heck yes it was! We'll send you sneak peek pictures ASAP so you can share with friends and family!! Then, in less than 6 weeks we'll send you the entire, fully editing, glorious digital gallery. You and your guests can print photos directly from it! And you can download them all and plaster all over social media!
It doesn't have to end!
We stay in touch with all our couples through Instagram and we love seeing you post all your perfect adventure elopement photos and tagging your wedding party people! We love anniversary pictures, seeing you at friend's weddings, maternity pictures, family photos, and every milestone! Steamy couple's photos are my new fave. We love vow renewals and just because photos. We love, "hey we're in town let's get drinks" texts and we love being your lifelong photog friends!
