As our move to Miami inches closer, I appreciate all these unique North Carolina weddings and their southern flair! I can't wait to be a full time photographer and videographer in Miami and beyond. I'm exited to film new wedding customs in Hollywood, photograph Fort Lauderdale events, and shoot elopements on South Beach. I'm so glad I got this experience of being a wedding photographer at Motorco before we leave!

Abby and Jon are two amazing friends I've had the honor of knowing for a long time. I had the privilege of being their engagement photographer (check out our biking escapades HERE) in Raleigh, North Carolina's warehouse district. That was almost two years ago and Abby was so supportive of my growing business that she wanted me to be her wedding photographer! I had this on my calendar for sooo long I couldn't wait until the day finally came. 

The day was so full of emotion! Abby and Jon smiled and laughed during the ceremony making it feel personal and full of love! We took family and couple's photos at the Durham Farmers Market plaza and then proceeded to have an amazing time dancing :D The exit was something I've never seen before too! A paparazzi exit. The gusts lined up and with their cellphone flash on everyone took tons of photos at once as the bride and groom ran down the aisle. I love this special couple and this special location!

The details of the day were amazing. She is the definition of the DIY Bride! 

• Shoes: She took extra lace from her wedding dress and fit them perfectly to her white converses. 
• Flowers: Fabric flower Abby and her grandmother made!
• Center Pieces: Mason Jars, jewels, and fabric numbers
• Cake: Bundt cakes with fruit toppings bar made by her family!
