Chapel Hill Chinese New Year Tea Party
I've been wanting to photograph my incredibly beautiful friends for a while and on Chinese New Year, they agreed! Every year Stacy throws a magnificent party full of tiny homemade treats and drinks to celebrate the New Year. To honor the Year of The Fire Rooster we decided to have a tea party! We placed pops of red, to symbolize good fortune and joy, and gold, to symbolize completeness.
We shot at sunset in an incredible field in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and I was even able to film them! Let me know what you think of the video! Stacy + Mike from Laura Escobar on Vimeo.

Winter Bridal Portraits - Chapel Hill, NCBelieve it or not, these aren't even all my favorites shots. It helps that Presley is beyond gorgeous and every movement is effortless and confident. Her simple and elegant dress and pops of winter reds fit her day before New Years Eve wedding seamlessly. She is the perfect model, oh and DOCTOR. Ya, this beauty is applying to residency programs (doon't leeaeve meee) and is going to do incredible things for the world.
